DevOps Engineer; Mid-Sr level

who will help us build, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable systems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS/Azure), and automation tools, and enjoys collaborating across teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability. Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and best practices.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and consistent build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.

Automate and enhance build and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Harness, and related technologies.

Drive modernization of CI/CD pipelines by integrating AI‑powered solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and proactive issue resolution.

Contribute to release management and enforce version control best practices for consistent and traceable deployments.

Automate infrastructure and operational processes, including environment provisioning, configuration management, and release orchestration.

Implement and maintain security best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, and vulnerability remediation within CI/CD pipelines.

Support containerized applications through Podman, Docker, and Kubernetes setup, orchestration, and lifecycle management.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement of deployment and monitoring processes.

Develop and maintain documentation and operational standards to ensure repeatability and consistent environment management.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, and Infrastructure Engineering roles

Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar platforms.

Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Shell, Python, or Groovy.Understanding of source control systems (Git) and branching/release strategies.

Experience with Linux system administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.

Practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Podman, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience implementing security best practices, including secrets management, IAM, and vulnerability scanning within pipelines.

Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills in complex distributed environments.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

Understanding of Application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, WebLogic.

Ability to think creatively and work independently on complex development tasks.

Preferred:

Experience with Relational Databases such as Oracle or MySQL

Experience with Java/JEE

Knowledge of AI/ML‑based automation tools or a demonstrated interest in applying AI to enhance DevOps processes.

Recent development experience with a software product company
