Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle PL/SQL Developer

with a strong background in Hadoop, Informatica, Axiom, and Python to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires both hands-on development and team leadership, working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with the

Product Owner

to ensure product backlog and requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and have clear acceptance criteria.

Guide the team in

work breakdown, estimation, and execution

of development tasks.

Serve as a

team lead and mentor

(while remaining an individual contributor), supporting team members in planning, estimation, peer reviews, and best engineering practices.

Identify

skill and role gaps

within the team and work with the Technology Manager to address them.

Assist the Technology Manager in creating

resource contingency plans

when necessary.

Apply

enterprise standards

for solution design, coding, and quality assurance.

Ensure delivered solutions meet product acceptance criteria and maintain

minimal technical debt .

Take ownership of

compliance, security, and audit support

at the team level.

Act as a

liaison for production activities and issue resolution .

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience

in system analysis, software design, and development.

Strong expertise in: Oracle PL/SQL

ETL processes

Python

Informatica

Hadoop

Experience with

data analysis and reporting tools .

Hands-on experience with

large relational databases

and

ETL pipelines .

Proven ability to collaborate with technical product owners to prioritize technology initiatives and address technical debt.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Financial Regulatory Reporting Technology .

Prior experience using the

Axiom

tool.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative team environment.
