We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, shift management, and assistant manager roles within the retail food industry. Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets. Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize profitability. Oversee stock levels, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years management experience. Availability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week). Stamina to stand approximately 8 hours per day. Reliable transportation. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and achieve objectives. Ability to handle guest service and team member issues. Proficiency with computer systems and software. Ability to work under stress and in high-volume settings. Manager Responsibilities:
Perform duties of Team Member, Shift Leader, Trainer, and Assistant Store Manager. Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 7 team members. Assign, oversee, and evaluate staff duties. Lead in product preparation, sales, and service. Follow company SOPs and directives. Make staffing decisions based on performance. Ensure superior guest service. Audit systems for accuracy and completeness. Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Additional Details:
