Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals. Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold-calling, and industry events. Relationship Building:

Maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, IT decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders. Consultative Selling:

Tailor sales presentations to address the specific needs of different customer segments, showcasing our digital health tools. Product Knowledge:

Become an expert in our solutions, demonstrating their features and benefits. Sales Negotiation:

Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets. Sales Reporting:

Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborative Approach:

Work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support. Sales Training and Team Building:

Within 6-12 months, recruit and develop a high-performing sales team to accelerate growth. Must-Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years of successful B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in healthcare sales. Experience selling to hospital systems, clinics, pharma, or CROs, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and decision-making. Strong network within the healthcare, hospital, pharma, or CRO research space is highly desirable. Leadership experience in managing small sales teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with decision-makers. Ability to align client needs with our digital health solutions through solution selling. Additional Details
