Job Summary
Activities event staff are responsible for providing safe, high-quality customer service to all participants. Under the direction of the Activities Director, event staff are responsible for working a designated assignment to support athletic events. These assignments are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

  13. V/JV Spotter
  14. Timer V/JV
  15. Boys and Girls Lacrosse
  16. Volleyball
  17. Site Manager
  18. Scorekeeper/Announcer
  19. Ticket seller/taker
  20. Timekeeper (clock)
  21. Supervisors
  22. Boys and Girls Basketball
  23. Libero Tracker
  24. Varsity Site Manager
  25. Scorekeeper (book)
  26. Varsity Announcer (varsity only)
  27. Timekeeper (clock)
  28. Supervisors
  29. Hockey, Cross Country, and Track

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work with people from various cultures
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Able to report to work in a timely manner
  • Providing effective customer service and dealing tactfully and courteously with the public
  • Effective verbal and written communication
