Our Digital Product Team is looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling! This role is integral to both task execution and strategic discussions, ensuring that practical insights inform strategic decisions and vice versa. While the Strategy Team crafts and protects brand strategies, the Social Media Manager brings a social perspective to integrated campaigns, aligning global social content with the brand vision and business priorities.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager within the Marketing Department, this position is pivotal in shaping our brands social presence.This role demands a blend of analytical, creative, and business acumen. The Social Media Manager willcollaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Digital Marketing Manager, Director of Digital Product, Art Director, Business Development Strategist, and CEO & Creative Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on the overall brand strategy; monitor and manage the execution of the overall brand strategy by the Social Media Coordinator in all social channels
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects by amplifying campaigns in the right social channels with the right content via social briefs that align with the strategy created by the Digital Marketing Manager and Business Development Strategist.

oThis includes bespoke campaigns as well as global to local focus

Social/Creative:

Create the social content calendar and oversee that it is being executed by the Social Media Coordinator

Manage the Social Media Coordinator with content scheduling, execution and community management

Work closely with the Art Director, the Analytics Team, and the Digital Marketing Manager on upcoming seasonal production by providing feedback on past seasons social performance

Support the Art Director and any external agencies with the creation of associated social assets.

Work with Influencer Manager on influencer outreach for on-brand content creators

Analytics and Budgeting:

Monitoring results of campaigns and tweaking boosting budgets where needed with analytics team.

Responsible for social boosting and budget split across our key markets.

Support the Analytics Team with campaign performance reports

Ongoing reporting on performance on a weekly, monthly and/or half-yearly basis as required.

Work with Digital Marketing Manager and the Business Development Strategist on identifying and reporting on social trends, competitor analysis and social implications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To thrive in this role, youll need a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, digital fluency, and brand sensitivity. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content development, and campaign executionideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
  • Proficiency with social listening, analytics, and reporting tools, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience developing a brand look and voice, through content and community interactions.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and strategy development, with the ability to translate brand vision into engaging, on-brand social content
  • Experience in influencer partnership workflow and content planning.
  • Experience in content calendar creation and community engagement
  • Solid understanding of paid social and boosting strategies, including market-specific budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a keen sense of design, creative storytelling, and audience-first thinking
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how social media supports broader marketing and business objectives
  • Experience working with international brands or global audiences, with sensitivity to cultural nuances
  • A passion for fashion and bridal design, and a strong pulse on digital and cultural trends

This role has an anticipated base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually. The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
