Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours a week
Location: AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, 9100 W. 74th Street, Shawnee Mission, KS 66204
Role Overview: The Staffing Coordinator supports fiscal, operational, and clinical services for assigned nursing departments. Responsibilities include assisting with unit schedules, payroll, daily operations, agency utilization, tracking invoices, and liaising with staffing agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to associate calls regarding illness, absences, and schedule changes promptly and follow up as needed
- Review and ensure accuracy of associates time and attendance records, keeping managers informed of discrepancies
- Prepare monthly schedules using scheduling systems, monitor absences, and assist in tracking FMLA
- Generate scheduling and attendance reports for managers
- Complete payroll reports for exempt staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office
