$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr About the Role:

We are seeking a

Senior CRM Manager

to oversee our

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

and

Email Marketing Systems (EMS) . This role involves optimizing data quality, enhancing system functionality, and supporting business growth through effective CRM strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain

CRM and EMS platforms

for optimal functionality and data accuracy. Design and develop

reporting systems

to aid strategic decision-making. Oversee email campaigns, manage templates, and automate communications. Collaborate with

business development

teams to execute outreach, events, and marketing initiatives. Enhance

data integrity

and enrichment processes to improve engagement. Address

email deliverability issues

to ensure high domain reputation and low bounce rates. Provide

training

on CRM best practices to internal teams and partners. Work with

IT and vendors

to improve CRM integrations and functionalities. Manage

technical configurations

for system performance and issue resolution. Lead initiatives on

data governance, security, and compliance . Plan mailing schedules and audience segmentation strategies. Support

business development and digital marketing

with CRM insights and automation. Technical and Functional Skills:

Experience with

CRM platforms

like

Salesforce, Intapp DealCloud

and EMS tools such as

Pardot, Vuture, Dispatch . Strong skills in

data hygiene, automation workflows, and campaign management . Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite , including

Excel, Outlook, Word . Familiarity with

HTML and digital communication tools . Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Understanding of

marketing technology and business development . Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of

10 years

experience in CRM administration and data management. Extensive background in

eMarketing platforms, digital engagement, data hygiene, automation tools . Seniority level

Mid-Senior level Employment type
