Co-teach in an inclusive classroom, supporting diverse learning needs Plan and deliver lessons aligned with standards and IEP goals Manage and monitor students' IEP goals and progress Develop lesson plans with backward design principles Participate in IEP meetings and case management Implement SDI tailored to individual student needs Assess and provide feedback on student performance Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment using Responsive Classroom practices Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution Current NYS teaching certification Urban teaching experience preferred Excellent communication skills NY Special Education Certification required Spanish proficiency is a plus Benefits
