Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients in the way they prefer
Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and the organization of resources with team members
Other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Ability to multi‑task
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
