Typical Day
As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future. You will help others make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients according to their preferences
Ensure all clients’ needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience (desired)
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multi‑task
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
