Typical Day
As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will help clients make confident, informed decisions, building relationships that grow stronger each year.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule and ability to work in multiple locations.
Sales or marketing experience.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, personalized manner.
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional.
Schedule appointments per client preferences.
Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise
Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous customer service experience.
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
