Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience preferred. Experience & Skills Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
