Position Overview Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist – Focus on wowing clients now and in the future. You will help build client relationships and support tax professionals while ensuring a smooth client experience. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience (preferred). Your Expertise Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
