About the Role (Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist)
A typical day involves helping others and seeing the impact of your work firsthand. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year. This role focuses on wowing clients now and in the future.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients according to their preferences.
Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
Sales/marketing experience.
Required Skills
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
