Responsibilities Repair, install, and adjust loading dock levelers and overhead doors Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment comprised of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Valid Driver's License Benefits Health Care/Vision/Dental 401(k) with company match FSA or HSA accounts Company work truck and fuel card Performance based bonuses up to 6% of annual salary Salary $73,500 – $103,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
