Join to apply for the Manufacturing Engineers role at Katalyst CRO 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Manufacturing Engineers role at Katalyst CRO Responsibilities This person is going to be helping design an assembly line calculating Demand at Capacity, building excel files to calculate # of stations needed, reviewing OMS/work content to potentially combine work stations, manipulate and create new AutoCAD details to build line, ensure proper ergonomics and work cell spacing, consider new utilities/tooling/equipment need to support production, capex creation, etc. Must Have Strong English Communicaion Skills. Our Interview Was Declined Due To A Language Barrier*. Requirements BSME or related (must have a verifiable BS in engineering). 5+ years' experience. Mobile equipment background (automotive, heavy equipment, etc. - they will NOT consider Aerospace folks). Experience doing assembly line design. Knowledge of JIT, CSM, and DFT techniques and philosophy. Strong knowledge of Lean principles. Familiarity with PLC, automation, machining, welding, assembly techniques, time studies, and torque tooling. Strong Excel. Strong AutoCAD. Some budgetary experience for Capex creation, and project planning experience for the line design implementation. Core Tree experience for determining Build IDs.
