Position Type Part-Time
Seeking an individual with C-suite or Partner-level expertise to apply lived experience working in industry to support improved career outcomes for undergraduate and specialty masters business students and MBA students by providing insights into applying for a specific industry and functional role, including how to interview for the role, skills to develop and emphasize with employers, aligning resume and cover letter to the role, networking, and more. Create career development content for business school students that provides insights into an industry, roles, and relevant skills. Collaborate with faculty to provide industry insights that can inform curriculum development. The current opportunity is for a professional with deep marketing and branding expertise. This position is 10 hours/week.
Required Skills
B.A./B.S., 8+ years of industry or recruiting experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Aptitude for effective career coaching
Proficiency in MS Office
Some weekends and evening work may be required
The requirements for this position may be fulfilled fully remotely
On-campus office space is also available
