Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm schedule with no weekends
Patient‑centered medical home model with pharmacist collaboration
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
Hospital‑employed position with competitive compensation and benefits
On‑site diagnostic services including x‑ray, ultrasound, and lab
Strong collaboration with nurse case manager for high‑risk patients
Rhode Island licensed providers credentialed within 4 weeks
