Your future team The Atlassian Advisory Services team is a globally distributed group of experts who deliver customer success to our largest strategic and enterprise partners. We help orchestrate successful outcomes, maximizing the value of Atlassian solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes that deliver exceptional service to customers.

Partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve internal goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions.

Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within client organizations.

Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying up-to-date with evolving best practices supporting various teams.

Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals and outcomes in Atlassian solution areas.

Partner with non-customer-facing Atlassian teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions addressing business drivers.

Allocate up to 30% of time to domestic and, when necessary, international travel for internal and customer-facing events.

Your background

4-6 years of experience within SaaS companies.

2+ years in customer-facing roles influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in Teamwork Foundations, including:

Experience driving effective team communication and project management with foundational tools such as Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo.

Experience with best-in-breed collaboration products within the Atlassian ecosystem.

Proven ability to implement and optimize teamwork methodologies and tools aligned with organizational goals.

Demonstrated capacity for writing goals, identifying strategies, and uncovering metrics within complex organizations.

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese) are a plus.

It’s nice if you are

Comfortable coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholders.

Experienced working on cross-team projects engaging Sales, Product, Support, and other teams.

Experienced working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity.

Qualifications Minimum of 4-6 years SaaS experience with strong customer-facing skills and proven Teamwork Foundations expertise.

Compensation Base pay ranges for the United States vary by geographic zone:

Zone A: $128,700 – $168,025

Zone B: $116,100 – $151,575

Zone C: $107,100 – $139,825
