The Role We are looking for an
Institutional BD Director based in the US . This role focuses on institutional fundraising and strategic relationship building. The company needs someone who's confident speaking with hedge funds, family offices, crypto VCs, trading firms, allocators, and other institutional partners.
This is not an account management role . It is a senior position for someone who knows how to hunt, farm, and close. Someone who understands how capital flows in the digital asset space and can translate that into results for the business.
Your work has a direct impact on the company's growth, direction, and long term partnerships.

What You'll Do
Lead and execute institutional fundraising efforts across North America
Identify, approach, and build relationships with hedge funds, VCs, family offices, trading firms, and allocators
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new institutional opportunities
Maintain and grow existing institutional relationships with clear strategy and follow up
Represent the company in high level conversations with partners who expect clarity and domain expertise
Work closely with leadership on deal structures, strategy, and long term planning
Share market insights and feedback to help refine the product and BD approach
Drive measurable results across capital raising and partnership initiatives
What You Bring to the Table
6 or more years of experience in institutional BD, capital raising, or digital asset fundraising
A strong network across funds, family offices, and institutional investors
Experience in both hunting and farming roles
Hands on knowledge of DeFi, digital assets, and how institutional money moves in this space
A clear and confident communication styleComfort working in a fast moving team with a high level of independence
A proactive mindset and the ability to open doors and move deals forward
Based in the United States
