The Role We are looking for an

Institutional BD Director based in the United States . This senior position focuses on institutional fundraising and strategic relationship building, engaging hedge funds, family offices, crypto VCs, trading firms, allocators, and other institutional partners. You must be confident speaking with these stakeholders and have a deep understanding of capital flows in the digital asset space.

Location: Remote, United States.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute institutional fundraising efforts across North America.

Identify, approach, and build relationships with hedge funds, VCs, family offices, trading firms, and allocators.

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new institutional opportunities.

Maintain and grow existing institutional relationships with a clear strategy and follow‑up.

Represent the company in high‑level conversations with partners who expect clarity and domain expertise.

Work closely with leadership on deal structures, strategy, and long‑term planning.

Share market insights and feedback to help refine the product and business‑development approach.

Drive measurable results across capital‑raising and partnership initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

6 or more years of experience in institutional business development, capital raising, or digital asset fundraising.

A strong network across funds, family offices, and institutional investors.

Experience in both hunting and farming roles.

Hands‑on knowledge of DeFi, digital assets, and institutional money flow in this space.

A clear and confident communication style.

Comfort working in a fast‑moving team with a high level of independence.

A proactive mindset and the ability to open doors and move deals forward.

Based in the United States.
