OneSearch Group, in partnership with a top‑performing Corporate Banking team in South Florida, is seeking a Portfolio Management Vice President to join a high‑caliber group overseeing a diverse portfolio across Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Middle Market, and Project Finance credit facilities. This role partners closely with Relationship Officers, providing full credit and portfolio support to strengthen existing client relationships and drive the growth of new credit opportunities.
Functions
Lead the management of a sophisticated, multi‑facility credit portfolio, including underwriting, monitoring, and ongoing portfolio administration.
Serve as a senior credit expert with deep understanding of client businesses, capital structures, and industry dynamics across Corporate Banking, Middle Market, and Project Finance sectors.
Underwrite, structure, and document new transactions, renewals, extensions, and modifications in alignment with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
Perform advanced financial analysis, cash‑flow modeling, and risk assessment to support strong, timely credit decisions and maintain portfolio quality.
Proactively monitor credit performance, identify emerging risks, and execute effective mitigation strategies.
Manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities while ensuring full compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Engage directly with clients to support Relationship Officers, addressing complex credit issues with expertise and professionalism.
Stay current on economic, industry, and market trends affecting the portfolio and share insights with ROs and leadership to inform credit strategy and business development.
Significant experience in credit execution and portfolio management, with the ability to manage complex and high‑volume credit portfolios.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and risk evaluation, including cash‑flow analysis and project finance fundamentals.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory expectations, credit policies, and risk management frameworks.
Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate as a strategic partner to Relationship Officers and senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate credit perspectives and recommendations.
