Job Description Summary This role oversees critical corporate processes, including strategic initiative analysis and planning. You will discover new opportunities for business growth and optimization through analytics and financial modeling, influence the development of strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, direct FP&A business and technology activities, and enhance the FP&A systems roadmap. You will navigate the matrix organization to enable yourself and the team to deliver business results and help the team perform at its best, retaining and recruiting the best talent.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead critical processes such as driving key strategic initiatives analysis and planning
Discover new opportunities to grow and optimize the business through analytics and financial modeling
Influence the development of strategic plans, annual financial budgets, and monthly forecasts
Direct FP&A business and technology run the business activities and key initiatives
Enhance FP&A systems roadmap and align data structures
Investigate and explain drivers of change in key business and performance drivers
Ensure a deep understanding of our overall business and identify key business levers
Perform analyses and communicate key findings to various stakeholders
Expected Qualifications
10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience

Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350. PayPal’s total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
