We are looking for a senior

Oracle Subscription Management Consultant

with deep expertise in Subscription Lifecycle, Recurring Billing, O2C process flows, and Oracle Cloud implementation. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to support subscription setup, billing configuration, pricing models, renewals, amendments, and revenue-related processes. This is a

6-month remote contract , and the ideal candidate should be based in the

due to customer preference. Key Responsibilities

Functional & Implementation

Lead the configuration and support of

Oracle Subscription Management Cloud . Manage end-to-end

subscription lifecycle : creation, modifications, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and amendments. Configure subscription pricing models, product catalogues, billing schedules, usage/consumption models, proration, and discounting rules. Work across integrated modules such as: Oracle Order Management Cloud Oracle Billing/Receivables (AR) Oracle Revenue Management (RMCS) Oracle Product/Item Master Support end-to-end

O2C (Order-to-Cash)

flows involving recurring and usage-based billing. Business Analysis

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Product teams to gather business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed functional design documents. Recommend best practices for Subscription Management, SaaS billing, and revenue compliance ( ASC 606 / IFRS 15 ). Testing & Support

Drive SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Troubleshoot Subscription, Billing, and Revenue recognition issues. Provide post-go-live stabilisation and knowledge transfer. Stakeholder Interaction

Participate in remote client meetings; occasional travel may be needed. Work with cross-functional teams, business SMEs, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end. Required Skills & Experience

7+ years

of experience in Oracle Cloud Subscription Management / Billing / O2C domain. Strong functional expertise in: Subscription lifecycle & recurring billing Usage-based or consumption billing (good to have) Pricing & catalogue configuration Amendments, renewals, and proration logic Deep knowledge of O2C process flows. Experience with AR, OM, Billing, and Revenue Management integration points. Strong understanding of

ASC 606 / IFRS 15

and revenue implications. Ability to write functional documents, BRDs, MD50s, test cases, and solution outlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling skills. Bay Area, CA candidates strongly preferred

(as per client requirement). Nice to Have

Oracle Cloud certification in Subscription Management or Order Management. Experience in SaaS, Telecom, High-Tech, or Subscription-driven business models. Knowledge of usage metering, entitlement management, or CPQ.
