What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI research, messaging, and context capabilities
Enhance AI research agents to provide actionable insights for sales teams
Build context systems to improve the relevance of AI outputs for users
Own AI‑powered messaging tools to create personalized emails at scale
Build and scale evaluation infrastructure to ensure quality and trust in AI outputs
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years launching AI/ML products
Proven track record of shipping AI features that deliver measurable business outcomes
Proficiency in Python/SQL for data analysis and prompt evaluation
Understanding of LLM architectures and evaluation frameworks
Ability to engage in technical discussions with ML engineers while focusing on user outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with sales workflows and CRM systems
Experience building for SMB users with a focus on simplicity and results
Founder background or experience in AI product strategy
