What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities
Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
Manage project activities and document all changes in scope
Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
Establish project safety plans and ensure adherence to safety policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
7+ years of professional engineering project management experience within the consumer products or manufacturing industry
Experience with contract knowledge, project financial tracking, and proposal generation within the last 5 years
Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
Experience in capital project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain it
Professional Engineer license
Success in a consulting environment
