What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for project activities
Develop and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
Direct and coordinate the engineering design team and subcontractor activities
Establish project safety plans and ensure communication to all employees on the job
Travel as needed (25% annually) for data gathering, design reviews, installations, and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging, Industrial, Civil/Structural, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
7+ years of professional engineering project management experience within the consumer products or manufacturing industry
Required experience performing contract knowledge, project financial tracking, and proposal generation within the last 5 years
Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel
Experience in capital project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
10+ years of experience in the food or beverage industry
Project Management Professional Certification or ability to obtain
Professional Engineer license
Success working in a consulting environment
