What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop automation for Windows-based Kiosk style devices, utilizing Powershell, DSC, and Golang
Conduct software evaluations and testing for deployability, including test automation
Provide technical documentation for system design, implementation, and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional project and product teams to address system issues and security findings
Document and repair errors related to change automation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
At least three years of experience in system management, automation, and application deployment
Proficiency in PowerShell and experience with automation for Windows Desktop and Server
Familiarity with GitHub and system automation tools (Chef, Ansible, or similar)
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in agile development environments
Programming experience with Go, Python, or Bash
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform)
Experience with NIST and STIG security standards
