– Location: Market - SAMFSM - DC - Washington D.C. (AG). 2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full‑time Retail Field Sales Manager.
Overview
As a Retail Field Sales Manager, you will advocate Samsung’s brand, drive brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conduct product training, and improve the shopper’s purchase journey to deliver sell‑out results across multiple retail channels.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly pay: $28.00. Full‑time, Tuesday‑Saturday, retail store hours.

Job Responsibilities
Brand advocacy through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain a structured schedule for efficient store visits across multiple channel locations.
Follow store visit protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance territory coverage.
Maintain expertise on all Samsung mobile products and ecosystem; demonstrate key features and benefits.
Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays and ensure strict adherence to brand standards.
Conduct training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive unit sell‑out through planning and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives.
Drive execution of field initiatives through daily store visits, ensuring alignment with multiple channel locations.
Required Skills & Attributes
Exceptional self‑motivation and ability to work independently, consistently meeting expectations.
Strong prioritization and time‑management skills, with understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
Adaptability in a dynamic environment, demonstrating mental and business agility.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees and engage customers.
Professional image and demeanor aligned with Samsung’s values.
Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in multi‑unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
Daily travel required, may include travel with overnight stays.
Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5‑mile radius of the outermost store.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems.
