Your Opportunity with ECG: Senior Analyst or Consultant As a senior analyst or consultant, you’ll work alongside top professionals to shape healthcare solutions. You’ll join our healthcare consulting pool and gain experience across four divisions, continuously learning and developing depth and breadth of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and gather data from national surveys, proprietary research, client interviews, industries, and markets.
Build flexible, dynamic financial models to forecast trends, prepare scenarios for strategic planning, and allocate corporate resources.
Analyze and validate client data and perform calculation checks on Excel models.
Review and compile financial statements to analyze historical trends.
Assist with report preparation, documenting analyses.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with team members and client personnel.
Lead client presentations and information‑gathering efforts (Consultant level).
Analyze and synthesize data to inform recommendations.
Use financial modeling to conduct in‑depth analyses and recommend executable strategies.
Define project analyses and deliverables, communicate progress, and identify future project opportunities.
Develop depth of technical expertise and demonstrate balance between work and personal life.
Qualifications Senior Analyst Level
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
1‑2 years of applicable experience.
Consultant Level
Master’s degree in business administration or health‑related field preferred.
2‑3 years of applicable experience.
Prior work experience in healthcare consulting and/or hospital administration/operations.
Strong knowledge of and passion for the healthcare industry.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
High‑impact work experience in accounting, finance, or analytics.
Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Superb verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment and manage timelines.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as required, with flexibility to meet client needs.
Job Locations
Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, or Washington D.C.
Hybrid work schedule, minimum two days per week in office when not traveling.
Schedule Full‑time / Exempt
Compensation and Benefits Estimated base salary range: $90,000 – $125,000 annually. Eligibility for a participation incentive program and benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) matching; unlimited PTO; and other wellness programs.
