What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and manage the sales engineering function, starting as a hands‑on contributor and evolving into a leadership role
Partner with sales representatives to deliver technical demos and presentations that showcase the employer’s value
Translate business requirements into measurable capabilities, assisting sales teams in quantifying client outcomes
Conduct data audits and connect client challenges with the employer’s data tools and analytics frameworks
Develop technical documentation and sales enablement materials to ensure consistent value communication
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably within media, ad tech, data analytics, or marketing technology
Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and manage a high‑performing team
Experience in translating client requirements into measurable technical solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex ideas for diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong understanding of advertising measurement frameworks such as Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA)
Familiarity with marketing data pipelines, clean room integrations, or data visualization tools
Experience working within a digital marketing agency or consultancy environment
Prior experience in building or scaling a sales engineering or solution architecture function
