What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead pre-sales activities in the architecture and quoting of IP/MPLS networks for specified customers
Position new products and strategies, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Product Management
Develop value propositions and solutions based on customer requirements and third-party products
Conduct technical presentations and assist in customer lab trials and proofs of concept
Provide high-quality RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to support business success
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
Proven experience in the Telecom industry with a successful track record of selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers
Strong pre-sales orientation in L1-L3 Network Engineering, emphasizing Telecommunications
In-depth knowledge of IP/MPLS, MPLS-TP, Carrier Ethernet, and various IP protocols (e.g., IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP)
Customer-facing experience with a focus on technical presentations and relationship building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with mobile networks (4G, 5G)
Proven ability to develop and identify business opportunities in IP Optical applications
