About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong full‑stack development experience to support application development, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives. This role requires an expert‑level understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies, PL/SQL development, and modern web application frameworks. The developer will collaborate closely with business and technical teams and work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.

Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Requirements

6 years Microsoft .NET (VB.NET and/or C#)

6 years PL/SQL development with Oracle 19c

2 years MVC 4.0 and .NET Core 3.1

2 years Web API 2, Entity Framework 5.0

Full-Stack Development Experience (3 years)

.NET Framework 4.5 , VB.NET/C#, OOPs, Design Patterns

ASP.NET page life cycle, AJAX

JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Twitter Bootstrap

SOAP/REST services development

HTML, CSS3, Cross‑browser support, DOM

Oracle 19c, DDL/DML, PL/SQL (packages, procedures, SQL optimization)

Preferred Skills

Utilities industry experience: Accounts, Billing, Customers, Payments, Meters, Service Orders

TFS 2013 , branching, task management, deployments, change control

TOAD and large Oracle database experience

Data import/export (PDF, Excel, text files)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Report development with Crystal Reports and/or SSRS

Experience with Angular (2 )

SPA (Single Page Application) development
