Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, with a strong focus on engineering, research, and protocol talent.
Build and manage a high-quality hiring pipeline through sourcing, screening, and evaluating top global candidates.
Partner closely with founders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to define role requirements and refine selection standards.
Collaborate with external recruiting partners to jointly drive candidate outreach, delivery, and talent market mapping.
Own candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient hiring process.
Maintain accurate hiring data, provide insights, and streamline recruitment workflows.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above with strong academic background from a top university.
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Web3, crypto, distributed systems, deep tech, or top‑tier engineering talent hiring.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage global candidates with clarity and confidence.
Passion for Web3, blockchain technology, and the future of decentralized infrastructure.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership and hands‑on execution.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across time zones.
