Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist focuses on delivering excellent client experiences now and in the future.
Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients according to their preferences
Help ensure all clients\' needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Your Expertise Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
