Custody & visitation
Spousal & child support
Domestic violence issues
Division of property
Hands-On Legal Experience
Client communication
Drafting pleadings
Communicating with opposing counsel
Preparing discovery requests and responses
Trial preparation and organization
Deposition preparation
Managing case files and deadlines
Professional Development Outside the Office
Network, build professional relationships, and represent the firm at Orange County Bar affiliate events.
Successful Applicant Qualifications
Strong writing and communication skills
Professionalism, excellent organization, attention to detail, and time‑management
Desire and ability to actively participate in meetings, ask questions and be proactive
Completed Family Law or Community Property Course
Enthusiasm and commitment to the program and family law as a career
