Director, Market Access Analytics - Oncology Regeneron is seeking a Director, Market Access Insights & Analytics‑Oncology to join our team. In this role the director partners with Market Access and the Business Unit by developing and communicating actionable insights derived from secondary data analytics that shape market access, brand strategy, and tactics across different customer segments.

Responsibilities Typical day‑to‑day activities include developing and implementing the analytics plan, informing business decisions, designing analytical solutions to support opportunities, and building new capabilities that provide actionable insights based on customer and market understanding.

Lead & Develop

Develop and implement market access analytics plans, and manage the budget.

Identify business needs and propose potential analytics approaches, translating complex problems into data problems, models, and solutions.

Support ongoing and planned contracting‑strategy analytics (e.g., analog assessment, deal/no‑deal, post‑deal analytics, patient flow analytics, simulations).

Develop performance‑reporting strategy, augmenting and streamlining current reporting.

Execute

Conduct strategic analytics such as archetype analysis of national and regional payer accounts, GPO/IDN segmentation, and targeting.

Design and conduct patient affordability and reimbursement analytics (e.g., landscape benchmarking, HUB analytics, co‑pay analytics).

Diagnose performance and measure impact, defining success metrics.

Monitor provider account access and conduct payer‑plan and provider analytics.

Analyze GPO, account, and payer‑level pull‑through analytics and identify opportunities.

Partnership & Collaboration

Develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders across Market Access Analytics, the Oncology Business Unit, and CSI&A.

Manage analytics suppliers and workbench to design, scope, execute, and analyze data for business implications.

Collaborate on specialty pharmacy analytics and inform data strategy and acquisition.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements relative to data assets.

Qualifications

12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience (or 10+ years for MBA/MS), with increasing accountability and prior experience with market‑leading brands; oncology‑specific experience preferred.

Minimum BS/BA in a STEM field (Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Marketing Research); advanced degree preferred.

Experience with oncology datasets (prescription, sales, claims/patient‑level data) including IQVIA, Symphony.

Deep understanding of the market‑access landscape, customers, and channels.

U.S. buy‑and‑bill or medical‑benefit market‑access experience required.

Technical proficiency in U.S. drug reimbursement (coverage, coding, payment).

Proficiency in SQL, Python/PySpark, R, and/or SAS (BASE, STAT, SQL, Macros).

Experience in data visualization and reporting with commercial BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Oracle BI, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Spotfire).

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to present compelling analyses.

Salary $183,100.00 – $305,200.00 annually.
