About The Role We are seeking a

Senior Manager, Fulfillment & Logistics

with deep experience managing 3PL partners and end-to-end logistics. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our primary 3PL provider—overseeing all D2C order fulfillment, managing outbound bulk orders to our retail partners, and coordinating inbound shipments from our global factories. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our fulfillment and logistics operations run with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to support our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Act as the primary liaison with our 3PL partner, managing daily operations, performance, and strategic alignment

Negotiate rate cards with fulfillment and transportation partners, identifying potential savings and evaluating the most cost effective way to fulfill our orders

Analyze fulfillment data and 3PL performance metrics; prepare regular reports for senior management on key KPIs (e.g., cost per order, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy)

Monitor and manage all D2C order fulfillment, ensuring SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for order processing, shipping, and delivery are consistently met

Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment and shipping issues, coordinating with the 3PL and carriers to minimize customer impact

Oversee and coordinate all inbound shipments from our overseas factories to the 3PL warehouse(s), ensuring timely receipt, documentation, and inventory accuracy

Manage all outbound bulk (B2B) shipments to our retail partners, ensuring strict compliance with retailer-specific routing guides and delivery windows

Partner with the planning team to manage inventory levels at the 3PL, supporting accurate forecasting and preventing stock-outs or excess inventory

Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies, shipment errors, and customer complaints related to fulfillment

Support the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes, EDI and system integrations (e.g., between NetSuite and the 3PL's WMS), and cost-reduction initiatives

Coordinate RMAs with our customer support team and ensure efficient and accurate transmission of return data across systems

Who You Are

7+ years of experience in logistics and fulfillment operations, with a strong emphasis on managing 3PL providers

Demonstrated success managing both D2C (e-commerce) fulfillment and B2B (retail) logistics, including deep familiarity with retailer compliance guides

Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation/freight logistics

Experience with international inbound logistics, including freight forwarding and customs processes

Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Experience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite) and e-commerce platforms (ideally Shopify)

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to resolve issues

Clear, professional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage external partners (3PLs, carriers) effectively

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
