This Fall, we are opening our first regional boutique store in New York at the Roosevelt Field Mall. We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury retail store. Attractive Performance Based Commission Opportunity This role offers a competitive base salary plus an individual and team-based commission structure designed to reward high performance. Key Responsibilities
Lead all facets of the store—sales, service, visual storytelling, and culture Recruit, train, and inspire a team of exceptional stylists and associates Deliver a personalized client experience rooted in luxury styling and clienteling Build a loyal client community and foster long-term relationships Oversee visual presentation, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying Ravella’s refined aesthetic and values Partner with headquarters on product launches, client activations, and special events Qualifications
3+ years’ experience managing a luxury fashion or premium lifestyle store Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering world-class service Deep knowledge of clienteling and high-touch client experience Passionate about style, design, and creating beautiful client journeys Skilled at building and inspiring high-performing teams Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, problem-solving oriented and driven to exceed expectations Tech-savvy Excellent verbal & written communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Physically able to be on your feet for shift durations and lift up to 20 lbs Compensation & Benefits
