Your Role As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a dynamic team to create an exceptional client experience. You’ll build lasting relationships, curate personalized styling, and ensure our beautifully made garments find the perfect home.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Assist with Training, mentoring, and motivating your team to be luxury fashion experts.
Client Relationships: Offer personalized styling experiences that make clients feel seen, valued, and effortlessly chic.
Sales & Performance: Drive sales through expert product knowledge and an intuitive understanding of what makes women feel beautiful.
Visual & Brand Excellence: Maintain a stunning boutique environment that reflects our brand’s sophistication.
Operational Precision: Assist with daily operations, inventory, Shopify reporting, and boutique merchandising.
Exclusive Experiences: Support marketing, VIP events, and trunk shows to enhance brand presence.
What You Bring 3 years of luxury retail experience with a proven sales track record.
A natural leader who inspires and elevates those around them.
A deep understanding of high-end fashion, styling, and trends.
Passion for personalized service and creating lasting client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
