$36.00/hr – $42.00/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description
Conduct installation work for a variety of low voltage Electronic Security Systems (ESS) including access controls, intrusion detection, and camera systems; specific systems: SoftwareHouse C‑Cure 9000, Lenel, Bosch, MDI, Genetec, Vindicator, and American Dynamics.
Install security devices and infrastructure according to installation plans and national/electric code standards.
Program and set up security systems.
Conduct testing to ensure proper operation and service establishment with signal‑receiving centers.
Coordinate installations with police/fire departments and handle necessary notification records.
Assist in preparing estimates under supervisory direction.
Provide End‑User training.
Work safely, responsibly, and maintain a clean work site.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial/industrial electronic security systems (intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, and recording systems).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics, and product manuals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork ability.
Proficiency with hand and power tools for mounting and securing equipment.
Capable of working unsupervised and as part of a team.
DoD Secret security clearance (or clearance in the process of being obtained).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with SoftwareHouse C‑Cure 9000 or Lenel software.
Experience with Bosch, MDI, or American Dynamics camera systems.
Active Department of Defense clearance (or active within last 2 years).
