Salesforce Technical Project / Program Manager
Location: Pleasanton CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 1 year
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Lead and manage Salesforce projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations with internal and third‑party systems.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively providing solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and best practices in project management.
Provide clear reporting and updates to executive leadership on project status, budget, and resource allocation.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and system integrations.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Experience managing complex system integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
Certification:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.
