Onsite – Miami, FL Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce integration projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and define project roadmaps. Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting. Ensure proper documentation of integration processes, workflows, and outcomes. Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications. Ensure Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations align with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations. Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Solid understanding of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) and APIs. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments. Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL and collaborate effectively with local teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
