Project Executive – Advanced Technology / R&D Facilities

Role Overview As a Project Executive, you’ll lead large‑scale, highly technical construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through delivery. This strategic leadership role for the firm’s Advanced Technology group involves building deep client relationships, mentoring project teams, and ensuring successful execution of technically complex projects.
Base pay range $240,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D/technical project teams (labs, cleanrooms, data center projects)
Oversee client relationships and represent the GC through all phases
Guide preconstruction, scheduling, buyout, and execution strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive division growth
Manage budgets, quality control, safety, and delivery milestones
What You’ll Bring
10–20+ years of experience in commercial construction, including 5+ in senior PM or PX roles
Proven background in R&D‑related projects (cleanrooms, advanced labs, semiconductor, mission‑critical, or high‑tech TI)
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, process systems, and regulated environments
Ability to lead and mentor large project teams
Exceptional communication and executive presence with clients and internal teams
Based in the Bay Area or with substantial Bay Area project experience
