Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and oversight for multiple life sciences construction projects

Guide project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships

Collaborate closely with preconstruction, field leadership, and trade partners

Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and other regulated environment standards

Mentor and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers

Drive consistency in safety, quality, and operational excellence

Support business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and client strategy

Qualifications

15 plus years of experience in commercial construction with significant life sciences project experience

Strong background delivering laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, biotech, or R and D facilities

Deep understanding of regulated environments and mission‑critical building systems

Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client relationships

Experience overseeing multiple projects or large project portfolios

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
