Overview Our Account Managers serve as the go‑to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, own your schedule, and build long‑term, profitable relationships.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships – meet with customers at a moment’s notice or be present to capture perfect business opportunities. Create value through long‑term, profitable relationships.

Time and Territory Management (TTM) – create a daily schedule (including job‑site and client‑office presence) to optimize client potential and sales productivity.

Be a Hilti Champion – carry the technical knowledge to present high‑level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

Track your progress – utilize Salesforce to record all interactions and maintain reporting, a key part of this role.

What You’ll Bring

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably with set targets.

Hands‑on attitude – demonstrate tools, use platforms such as Salesforce, and collaborate with various departments.

Valid driver’s license; company car provided.

Excellent time and territory management skills.

Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.

Work a flexible and varied schedule.

What’s In It For You Our account managers earn between $60,000 – $88,000 plus up to $19,000 in commissions for their first year if all sales goals are met. The role offers uncapped bonus potential. Starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
