Summary Responsible for leading and managing a restaurant with a sales volume of $650,000 to $2.5M. Oversee day‑to‑day leadership of staff, financial management, and quality standards to achieve return on investment.
Essential Functions
Staff the restaurant with “A” players. Attract, select, retain, recruit, onboard, and train quality employees. Schedule development and periodic employee meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
Drive radical hospitality. Maintain food quality, service friendliness, cleanliness, and safety standards to exceed brand expectations. Handle guest complaints and local marketing.
Manage local store marketing. Build community relationships and lead catering sales.
Hit food cost and labor cost standards. Forecast sales, control costs, and produce financial reports. Diagnose opportunities and implement action plans.
Maintain restaurant facility and equipment.
Represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally and perform additional duties as directed.
Education and Work Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
Must be ServSafe certified.
