Real Estate Asset Accounting Manager
We’re seeking a Real Estate Asset Accounting Manager to oversee property-level accounting and financial operations across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration (3 days weekly, with Mondays and Wednesdays required) and remote flexibility, while providing the opportunity to drive accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage property-level accounting with accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Oversee cash flow, budgets, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements
Support MRI users and ensure loan compliance
Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
5+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting
Experience with tenant recoveries and waterfall calculationsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience using MRI Software
