Property Accounting Manager up to $140k + 15% bonus What to know:

Compensation range of $130K - $140K

15% bonus

Hybrid set up – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (In-office Days: Mondays and Wednesdays a must)

Functions:

Oversee property-level accounting, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Manage cash flow, financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations

Support 3rd party MRI users and manage loan compliance

Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements

Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business

5+ years in property accounting, preferably in commercial real estate

Experience with Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting

Knowledge of tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Windows programs Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience using MRI Software
